This installation addresses the effects of sanctions on Iran using empty pills to represent the scarcity of medicinal products for Iranian patients. LEDs strategically placed under each bottle theatrically illuminate their emptiness in an eerily sterile white light, heightening the sense of absence and ephemera as a reflection on the state of Iranian pharmacy shelves.
